So I am starting to use my Hunter more as I am really liking the crazy boosts that repeaters get from him. I would just like an opinion on my build and if there's anything I could improve on as I'm not as experienced in Hunter builds. I would like to specialise in only using repeaters/MPs and I don't want to use Snipers.

I am really liking jesus wing as my health can be regained quickly and Aerial Impact is SO GOOD. I think that Bloodwing is actually a really cool action skill, people just look at him as a killer - he's not, he's a support, and a very good one at that.

My current gear build out is:

* Atlas TK Pearl Needler (mostly this, I love it - 186x2, 92 acc, 6.6 fire rate) or Double Vengeance (182x2, 16 fire rate.. I like the Needler more because it doesn't have to reload every second).
* Nemesis
* Firehawk
* I am currently testing out the Hornet on armored worms to see how it goes, if that fails then a caustic Thanatos will be my choice.
* Gunslinger com with ammo regen
* 1613/383 panacea shield.. I feel that recharge takes priority over capacity when dealing with Crawmerax.

Both the Hornet and Caustic Thanatos are great caustic weapons, but i tend to go toward the Thanatos for it's full auto and huge clip. Also Relentless + Thanatos melts everything except Chemical Lance. Relentless does not help the Hornet as much because of its burst fire.

As for the build, mine is basically exactly the same when i feel like using Bloodwing. However, i choose to max out Killer rather than Out for Blood. My current build:

Since both Predator and Bird of Prey are maxxed out, you should still usually get full health back after 6 targets hit, and Bloodwing will cool down fast.
For example, when I am doing craw runs solo or with 4 people, Bloodwing is a life saver even with 3 points in Out for Blood. With my build, just ONE hit on an armored craw worm (with Lv6 corrosive artifact equipped), i am brought from ~30 hp to FULL health. IMO 2 points in killer is more significant than 2 points in out for blood


P.S. Oh and the anaconda masher rips through craw, but i think you knew that.

I don't see a need to use Fast Hands becuase for the most part I'm reloading after a kill when Killer (5/5 - +40% Dmg./+30% Reload Speed) is active. I'd rather have the extra in Out For Blood so I've got more returned health if needed from BW.

Try the Rose over the Paneca if your into Recharge Rate. Love the Rose
